Convection Oven, Gas, double-deck, standard depth, solid state controls, electronic spark igniters, 8" high legs, stainless steel front, top and sides, s/s doors with windows, 44,000 BTU each section NOTE: THIS UNIT REQUIRES TWO GAS HOSES FOR CONNECTION
The Vulcan VC44GD Double Deck Gas Convection Oven includes a 60min. timer with an audible alarm. The VC4GD ranges in temperatures from 150ºF to 500ºF using solid state temperature controls. The front, sides, top, and legs are all made from stainless steel construction. The doors are made from stainless steel and contain double paned windows; each door is independently opened to prevent heat loss. The VC44GD comes with (5) 28-1/4 x 20-1/2 nickel-plated racks; 11 rack positions are available per section.
