This Cleveland SteamChef Convection Steamer is a convection steamer that holds six full size pans
2.5" (1/1 G/N, 65mm) . It has automatic water level controls and a sixty minute electro-mechanical
timer. It has one compartment and it is a high speed gas steamer. The cooking compartment door
and latch are constructed of fourteen gauge stainless steel and is heavy duty. It has automatic water
level controls and a sixty minute electro-mechanical timer.
