The Garland SS686 Sentry Series Electric Restaurant Range has a stainless steel exterior. It contains one oven racks that can be positioned on 4 rack guides. This range uses a resilient electromechanical thermostat that ranges in temperatures between 150ºF and 550ºF. The 6 sealed-top elements protect against over heating if an element is left without a pan for 8 minutes.
