The DP93 Deli/Pizza Prep Table has a 93" work surface with 3 doors and raised rails makes sure that condiments are held below 41°F and above freezing. It prevents any chance of freezing product with lids open or closed. It also eliminates unsanitary defrosting associated with cold wall, refrigerated rails
