This Beverage Air Food Preparatoin Table offers 16 pan units and a 10" cutting board. This versatile prep table has an enhanced refrigeration system and improved grille system for less temperature gradient and better airflow. Improved design provides better airflow and temperature distribution. The pans are cooled from the bottom. This translates into increased product shelf life, fresher product and better food appearance.
