This Beverage Air Sandwich "Mega Top" Prep Unit has 50% greater pan capacity than the standard prep table with enhanced refrigeration system
and improved grille system for less temperature gradient and better airflow. It has improved design provides better airflow and temperature distribution. The pans are cooled from the bottom. This translates into increased product shelf
life, fresher product and better food appearance.
