This Beverage Air prep table is versatile with an enhanced refrigeration system
and improved grille system for less temperature gradient and better airflow. The improved design provides better airflow and temperature distribution. The pans are cooled from the bottom. This translates into increased product shelf
life, fresher product and better food appearance.
