The Varimixer Model W20A is a 20 quart mixer, combining a 1 hp. drive with a variable speed transmission. Features a wide agitator speed range from 100 rpm to 400 rpm. The W20A can be equipped with a stainless steel automatic bowl scraper.

The Varimixer Counter Top Mixer W20A would be a good choice.
