The Berkel 829A Manual Gravity Feed Slicer is capable of slicing exact specified
thickness up to 3/4in.
It slices meat up to 11in. W x 8-1/2in. H or 8-1/2in. diameter.
It has a 14in. diameter chromium-plated carbon steel knife.
A top-mounted two-stone knife sharpener is built in to the 829A and can not be removed.
This 800A Series slicer is easily taken apart for convenient cleaning without tools.
The Berkel 829A Manual Gravity Feed Slicer would be a good choice.
