The Berkel 829A Manual Gravity Feed Slicer is capable of slicing exact specified thickness up to 3/4in. It slices meat up to 11in. W x 8-1/2in. H or 8-1/2in. diameter. It has a 14in. diameter chromium-plated carbon steel knife. A top-mounted two-stone knife sharpener is built in to the 829A and can not be removed. This 800A Series slicer is easily taken apart for convenient cleaning without tools.
