The Vulcan VCCB25 Low-Profile Countertop Gas Charbroiler contains stainless steel grease trough, top rim, front, and sides.
For easy clean-up this charbroiler provides a full-size grease drawer.
To create a cool area beneath the burners, the VCCB25 uses an underburner deflector system.
Reversible (sloped or level) 5-1/4in. broiler grates are made from a heavy cast iron and are designed to allow easy grease run-off and prevent flare-ups.
The Vulcan VCCB25 Low-Profile Countertop Gas Charbroiler would be a good choice.
