The Vulcan VC44ED Double Deck Electric Convection Oven includes a 60min. timer with an audible alarm.
The VC44ED ranges in temperatures from 150ºF to 500ºF using solid state temperature controls.
The front, sides, top, and legs are all made from stainless steel construction.
The doors are made from stainless steel and contain double paned windows; each door is independently opened to prevent heat loss.
The VC44ED comes with (5) 28-1/4 x 20-1/2 nickel-plated racks; 11 rack positions are available per section.
