The Vulcan VC4ED Single Deck Electric Convection Oven ranges in temperatures from 150ºF to 500ºF using solid state temperature controls.
It includes a 60min. timer with an audible alarm and comes with (5) 28-1/4 x 20-1/2 nickel-plated racks; 11 rack positions are available per section.
The doors are made from stainless steel and contain double paned windows; each door is independently opened to prevent heat loss.
The front, sides, top, and legs are all made from stainless steel construction.
