The Groen BPM-40G-NAT-E Eclipse™ Ergonomic Manual Tilting Braising Pan holds 40 gallons. Made from 304 stainless steel, this braising pan will withstand years of heavy use. It comes complete with a sturdy stainless steel stand made with a rounded leg design. The Eclipse™ features a combined gas burner/combustion chamber heating design for more exact stable heating throughout the entire cooking area. It is designed to support a Natural Gas hookup and has an output of 144,000 BTU.

The Groen Eclipse™ Ergonomic 40-Gal Tilting Gas Braising Pan would be a good choice.
