The Berkel 827A Manual Gravity Feed Slicer slices meat up to 10-3/4in. W x 7-5/8in. H or 7-3/8in. diameter. It is capable of slicing exact specified thickness up to 9/16in. This 800A Series slicer is easily taken apart for convenient cleaning without tools. It has a 12in. diameter chromium-plated carbon steel knife. A top-mounted two-stone knife sharpener is built in to the 827A.
