Full Size Convection Oven, gas, double deck with stainless steel sides, top, legs and front with windows in doors. Electromechanical thermostat with range of 200 degrees to 500 degrees. Two speed fan with 3/4 HP motor, interior lights and porcelain interior with 5 chrome plated racks.

This SunFire SDG-2 double deck deep convection oven is available in either natural or L.P. gas. It also has a 2 speed fan with a 3/4 HP fan motor. It has a stainless steel front and black powder coated epoxy sides, top and legs. The oven has a fully porcelainized oven interior with coved corners.

The Sunfire Convection Oven Double Deck Deep Depth SDG-2 would be a good choice.
