Full Size Convection Oven, gas, single deck with stainless steel sides, top, legs and front with windows in doors. Electromechanical thermostat with range of 200 degrees to 500 degrees. Two speed fan with 3/4 HP motor, interior lights and porcelain interior with 5 chrome plated racks.

The Garland SDG-1 Sunfire® Gas Convection Oven has an electronic spark ignition with an automatic pilot system that includes a safety shut-off. It comes with an electromechanical thermostat that ranges in temperatures between 200ºF and 500ºF. The 2-door design contains a double pane thermal window in each door. The front, sides, top, and legs are all constructed of stainless steel.

The Garland SDG-1 Sunfire® Single-Deck Gas Convection Oven would be a good choice.
