The Garland X60-10RR X-Series Gas Restaurant Range has 10 natural gas open burners that each produce 30,000 BTU/hr. The X-Series is furnished with two heavy duty standard size ovens that produce 33,000 BTU/hr. each and have a temperature range between Low and 500ºF. It has a large work surface of 59-1/16in. x 27in. to offer today's high-volume kitchen significant cooking space. The durable stainless steel construction covers the front, sides, 4in. plate rail, backguard, and removable shelf.

The Garland X60-10RR X-Series 60in. Gas Restaurant Range with Double Oven would be a good choice.
