The Garland X36-6R X-Series Gas Restaurant Range has a large work surface of 35-7/16in. x 27in. The durable stainless steel construction covers the front, sides, 4in. plate rail, backguard, and removable shelf. The X-Series is furnished with a heavy duty standard size oven that has a temperature range between Low and 500ºF. The 6 natural gas open burners each produce 30,000 BTU/hr. and the straight steel tube oven burner produces 33,000 BTU/hr. for a total of 213,000 BTU/hr.
