The Groen BPM-30E-208-3 Eclipse™ Ergonomic Manual Tilting Braising Pan holds 30 gallons. It features flat bar electric heating elements with 208-volt, 3-phase specifications. Made from 304 stainless steel, this braising pan will withstand years of heavy use. It comes complete with a sturdy stainless steel stand made with a rounded leg design.
