The Groen TD/FPC is an electric 40-quart stainless steel braising pan.
Attached to the braising pan console, a sturdy heavy-duty base assures no countertop movement.
The manual tilting mechanism provides precise pouring control.
The TD/FPC is thermostatic-controlled, automatically shuting off when specified temperature is reached and automatically turning on again when temperature falls too low.
