The Groen HY-5E HyPerSteam™ Pressureless Convection Steamer has one compartment that holds (5) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 pans.
It has a long-lasting sturdy stainless steel construction with reversible left or right-swing stainless steel door.
The HyPerSteam™ contains on/off power switch, a 60-minute electromechanical timer,and auto shut-off if water levels are too low.
It features easy-cleaning ability with convenient interior access and a standard automatic delime push-button system with delime indicator light.
