The Groen HY-3E HyPerSteam™ Pressureless Convection Steamer has one compartment that holds (3) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 pans. It has a long-lasting sturdy stainless steel construction. To save energy and ensure safety, it comes standard with a magnetic switch that turns power off to blower and generator when the door is open; it also contains indicator lights and auto shut-off if water levels are too low. The HyPerSteam™ features easy-cleaning ability with convenient interior access and a standard automatic delime push-button system with delime indicator light.
