The Groen SSB-5E SmartSteam100™ is a boilerless convection steamer that holds (5) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 pans.
It's heavy-duty stainless steel construction and easy-to-open insulated door and built to withstand years of typical wear and tear found in today's kitchens.
To save energy, it comes standard with a magnetic switch that turns power off to blower and generator when the door is open.
Convenient cleaning and maintenance are provided by the removable side panels and removable stainless steel pan support racks.
