These Holding Drawers feature perimeter heating elements, thermostatic controls, rolling readout thermometers, and moisture control vents. Stainless Steel construction and Heavy Duty Drawer Slide are one of the most durable in the industry. Drawer slides now feature the “Easy Roller” design that eliminates the problem of drawers jamming as you close them. Cord and plug and 6 3/4” deep pan included.
