This self-contained 72" refrigerated pizza prep table is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel and has refrigedrated raised rails at the rear wit openings to accommodate 2000 series pans (sold seperately). It has two 27" doors that are self closing. The base has an independently controlled thermostat. It maintains a temperature of 33°F to 41°F. It is mounted on 5" casters.
