This self-contained refrigerated Pizza Prep Table is constructed of one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel. The top has a mechanically cooled refrigerated raised rail at the rear with openings to accommodate pans (provided by others). The unit is equipped with separate expansion valve and on/off switch for refrigerated rail. The interior door section has a 25” deep removable epoxy coated wire shelf. It maintains a temperature of 33°F to 41°F.
