The Cleveland "Splash Proof Series" 2/3 seam jacketed stainless steel kettle will be a gread asset to you kitchen area. It is counter top style and with ease of tilting for using it. Cleveland steam jacketed kettles offer ultra efficient heat transfer, uniform heating and superior product handling. Steam jacketed kettles offer faster cooking times because two thirds of the cooking surface comes into contact with the product at a much lower temperature, compared to stock pots that use a much higher temperature only at the bottom of the pot.

The Cleveland KET-12-T Electric Kettle would be a good choice.

Standard Features:
  • Manual tilting, balanced design
  • Steam jacket filled with treated water, venting and/or refilling is not required
  • Easily cleaned: kettle and all exterior surfaces are of type 304 stainless steel with an #4 finish
  • Large pouring lip for high capacity and chunky products.
  • Re-inforced rolled rim design prevents damage to kettle rim, eliminates "bar rim designs"
  • Solid state water level control (no sight glass gauge to break or leak)
