This SteamCraft® generator style high speed convetion steamer will be a great asset to your kitchen.
It is made from heavy duty stainless steel. It has one compartment. It has a rear mounted, insulated
steam generator with remote probe type water level controls.
The Cleveland 21CGA5 Steamcraft Convection Steamer would be a good choice.
