The Cleveland SteamCub, Model 1SCEMCS is a one compartment steamer. It has a
60-minute mechanical timer with a low water indicator and alarm. It has a heat-on
indicator light. It has a 9 kW power rating. Capacity for five 2 1/2" deep full size steam
table pans. The 14 gauge stainless steel outer compartment has a two piece
compartment door.

Cleveland 1SCEMCS Steamer would be a good choice.
