Compact Prep Table Refrigerator, 60"W, two-section, reach-in, holds (24) 1/6 pans 4" dp (included), s/s exterior top, sides & door, hinged left/right, anodized aluminum interior, galvanized exterior back & bottom, rear-mounted self-contained refrig system, (6) 6" adjustable legs
The front-breathing design provides a "zero tolerance" installation. Allows the unit to be place against a wall or placed alongside other kitchen equipment. The zero tolerance comes from the preservation powers of the specially engineered airflow pattern that circulates cold air above, around and below the product pans. Maintains a temperature between 33°F and 41°F with cover open, keeping your food safe and fresh. Ajustable shelves for flexible storage space. Balanced rear-mounted, front-breathing, self-contained refrigeration, maintains a standard operating temperature of 34°F to 38°F.
