Compact Prep Table Refrigerator, 48"W, two-section, reach-in, holds (12) 1/6 pans 4" dp (included), s/s exterior top, sides & door, hinged left/right, anodized aluminum interior, galvanized exterior back & bottom, rear-mounted self-contained refrig system, (4) 6" adjustable legs
Zero Tolerance for waste and 100% Tolerance for Punishment. The zero tolerance for waste comes from the preservation powers of the specially engineered airflow pattern that circulates cold air above, around ans below the product pans. Maintains a temperature between 33°F and 41°F with the cover open. 100% Tolerance for Punishment with it's stainless steel exterior top, sides and door. Ready to take whatever abuse you throw at them. Traulsen sandwich prep tables are efficient workstations. Self-closing door at less that 90 degrees and a stay-open feature at 105 degrees.
