Maintains a temperature between 33°F and 41°F. Stainless Steel exterior top, sides, and doors. Traulsen sandwich prep tables are 100% tolerance for punishment, ready to take whatever abuse you want to throw at them. The anodized aluminum interior is resistant to nicks and dents.
