SteamCub Plus, countertop unit, one compartment with (5) 12x20x2-1/2" pan capacity with solid state digital controls, (3) operating modes: Steam and Hold, Continuous Steam & Holding. Low water indicator & alarm, s/s construction, 6" legs with flange feet,208v/60/3-ph,26.1 amps,9KW.
This Cleveland Counter top steamer has one compartment, holding cabinet, and rethermalizer. It has electronic controls with three operating modes: constants steaming, steam-hold, and holding only. It has a low water and high temperature safety indicator. The inner cooking compartment is 8 gauge stainless steel. The outer compartment with two piece compartment door is 14 gauge stainless steel.

The Cleveland 1SCE Steamer would be a good choice.
