Returns are accepted on merchandise under the following conditions:
  • Item has not been installed or used
  • Item must be returned in original package
  • Item returned in resalable condition
  • Must be returned with RMA#
  • May not be returned after 15 days from date of receipt
RMA #'s may be obtained by calling our toll free number 1-800-536-9921 or e-mail us at: . All returns are subject to inspection and should be sent back freight paid. A refund will be made less original shipping cost and less 25% restocking fee, provided returns are sent under conditions listed above.

All manufacturer's express written warranties (if any) are honored on all products sold by Kitchen Restaurant Supply. See respective manufacturer for warranty information.

ALL WARRANTY WORK MUST BE DONE BY A FACTORY AUTHORIZED SERVICE AGENCY. IF SERVICE WORK IS DONE BY AGENT WHO IS NOT FACTORY AUTHORIZED, ALL WARRANTY WORK IS VOID AND NULL.

NO WARRANTIES GIVEN HEREUNDER APPLY OR EXTEND TO FOOD SPOILAGE OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IN ANY FORM.
